Francesco Adami,  Digital Video Editor and Director

Francesco Adami was born and lives in Rome on 01/04/1984, since he was a child he has three great passions, music, mythology, and cinema. During his junior high school studies, he was inspired to write poetry at the age of 12, during a classical music concert conducted by master Myung-Wung Chung. He continues his three passions, enrolling in the classical high school, where he follows two workshops, one on the cinema and Greek tragedy, the other on drums and percussion. After finishing high school he enrolled at university and attended the Digital Arts and Sciences course at Sapienza University of Rome. He graduated in a three-year degree with a thesis entitled "Proiezioni nel tempo": The theme of the time machine between analogue cinema and digital cinema, he continues obtaining the degree with the thesis The trailer between myth and magic: Analysis of the cinema of George Lucas and Robert Zemeckis. He continues his passion for cinema, obtaining certificates such as Digital Video Editor and Avid, and Brand Design. In collaboration with the company DeA: Donne and Ambiente, he produced the short film The Hidden Nationality of the Saharawi, which participates in the festival La città in Corto, obtaining the public award for Best Documentary. He has been active for some time as a video editor, making documentaries and videoclips, such as Find Another Way, My Mother, Love Affair, Your Photo - Buongiorno has collaborated with you as an assistant director of video for the creation of commercials, fiction such as Il Peccato and Vergogna, and for music videos by artists such as Claudio Baglioni, Anna Tatangelo and Laura Pausini. He is editor for online cinema magazines, Cinemafreeonline (now Progetto Medea) and Celluloidportraits, collaborates with rentals of cinematographic equipment, and he is also the author of a collection of poems entitled Le muse cantano ancora. He wrote, directed, edited and produced the medium footage Problems and the very short Flight from the asphalt to nature. He is active in the realization of poetic writings and is dedicated to video editing and shooting activities

Francesco Adami nasce e vive a Roma il 01/04/1984, sin da piccolo ha tre grandi passioni, la musica, la mitologia, e il cinema. Durante gli studi di scuola media, riceve l’ispirazione nello scrivere poesie, all’età di 12 anni, durante un concerto di musica classica diretto dal maestro Myung-Wung Chung. Prosegue le sue tre passioni, iscrivendosi al liceo classico, dove segue due laboratori, uno sul cinema e tragedia greca, l’altro su batteria e percussioni. Finito il liceo si iscrive all’università e frequenta il corso Arti e Scienze dello Spettacolo Digitale, alla Sapienza Università di Roma. Si laurea in triennale con una tesi dal titolo Le Proiezioni nel tempo: Il tema della macchina del tempo tra cinema analogico e cinema digitale, prosegue ottenendo la laurea specialistica con la tesi Il trailer tra mito e magia: Analisi del cinema di George Lucas e Robert Zemeckis. Porta avanti la passione per il cinema, ottenendo attestati come Digital Video Editor ed Avid, e Brand Design. Realizza in collaborazione con la società DeA: Donne ed Ambiente, il cortometraggio La celata nazionalità dei Saharawi, che partecipa al festival La città in Corto, ottenendo il premio del pubblico come Miglior Documentario. E' all'attivo da tempo come montatore video, realizzando documentari e videoclip, come Find Another Way, My Mother, Love Affair, La tua foto- Buongiorno a te ha collaborato come assistente alla regia video  per la realizzazione di spot pubblicitari, di fiction televisive come Il Peccato e la Vergogna,  e per video musicali di artisti come Claudio Baglioni, Anna Tatangelo e Laura Pausini.  E' redattore per riviste di cinema online, Cinemafreeonline (ora Progetto Medea) e Celluloidportraits, collabora con noleggi di attrezzatura cinematografica, ed inoltre è autore di una raccolta di poesie intitolata Le muse cantano ancora. Ha scritto, diretto, montato e prodotto il medio metraggio Problemi ed il cortissimo Volo dall'asfalto alla natura.  E' all'attivo nella realizzazione di scritti poetici e si dedica ad attività di montaggio video e riprese.
